Our menu of artisanal rices from the Ebro Delta honors the culture of long weekend lunches, shared dishes, and unhurried sobremesas by the Mediterranean. We\u2019re here for the rice, but also for the moment that comes with it\u2014right on Bogatell Beach.<\/p>\n

Brothy, creamy or dry\u2014each with its own personality\u2028<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Whether you go for brothy, creamy, or dry rice, it\u2019s all about finding the right mood and texture. Some diners lean toward the depth of a seafood rice with lobster, while others chase the crisp bottom layer of a well-made dry rice: the coveted *socarrat*. It\u2019s that golden crust where the flavors concentrate, and yes\u2014it\u2019s meant to be fought over.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s on the menu<\/h2>\n

Our rice dishes range from classics to house favorites. The \u201cSe\u00f1orito\u201d rice comes fully peeled, ready to enjoy without distractions. There\u2019s one with grilled flank steak and chimichurri, adding a smoky twist. The black rice with prawns, mussels, and herb aioli feels straight from the coast, while the seasonal veggie rice highlights fresh market ingredients with cashew pesto and romesco.<\/p>\n

We source short-grain rice from the Ebro Delta, known for its consistency and flavor, and we rely on fresh, local seafood\u2014straight from the fish market. Every rice is made to order. That\u2019s why we serve one kind per table (two for larger groups): it\u2019s not just a meal, it\u2019s a shared decision.<\/p>\n
